To look like your brightest self when you wake up in the morning, you will want to get a good amount of sleep the night before. While you sleep, your body regenerates and boost blood flow to your skin, which means you wake up with a healthy glow. A good night sleep reduces bags under your eyes, dark circles, and wrinkles. We typically need 7-9 hours of sleep a night.


Since your body is around 60% water, you need to drink enough water in order to replenish your body. Much like sleep, it helps you improve your skin, hair, nails, and over all good for the body. It is recommended to drink about 8-8 ounces glass of water a day, which comes to about half a gallon of water. Do not care for taste of water try adding some fruit to your water.

Healthy Eating Habits

I know we all love cupcakes and cookies, but those sugars often lead to skin breakouts and unhealthy habits. Foods with high sugar can hurt your metabolism, making it harder to burn those calories. Cutting down on carbs and adding more fruits and vegetables would lead to glowing health skin. Keep in mind that its important watch what you put on your body and in your body. Remember you are what you eat!
